36 Tower Hamlets Street, Dover

This is the house that my grandfather was living in on Saturday March 26, 1891. That afternoon his mother, Sarah Ann (nee Cousens) committed suicide in the cellar. My grandfather was in the house at the time.

Her death took place just five days before the 1891 Census was taken.
